How long until my purchase ships?

Each design is hand crafted in our studio in Ireland so lead times vary and depend on the complexity of the piece. General production timeframes are outlined below but may vary :-
 
Headpieces and jewellery | 6-8 weeks
Wedding dresses | 16 - 24 weeks
Capes and Veils - 12 weeks
 
We recommend ordering sooner rather than later, so that you have time to bring along to your fittings and trials. If you are unsure about lead times or if your event is near and you need a rush service please contact us prior to purchase for further details.

How fast is shipping?

We offer a premium courier service on all of our designs. Ensuring that your treasured piece arrives safely and quickly to you. 
 
DOMESTIC | Royal Mail recorded ( 1-2 business days).
INTERNATIONAL | EUR- FedEx  (1-2 business days).
INTERNATIONAL US/AUS | FedEx ( 1-2 business days).
INTERNATIONAL ROW | FedEx ( 3-4 business days).
 
All deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for import duty or tax in the destination country.

Do you accept returns?

Each accessory and gown is made especially for you, due to the custom made nature of our pieces we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Question 4

I need a piece quickly, do you offer a rush service?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a rush service on selected designs. Depending on how quickly you need the piece, we may be able to accomodate you. Get in touch with us to discuss how soon you need it and what shipping options are available. A small service fee may apply to some orders.

What fabric options do you offer for your wedding capes and veils?

Accepted Answer

We offer a beautiful selection of tulles for our capes and veils :-
 
Silk tulle
 
This is the most luxurious choice for our brides. It's soft to touch, weightless and glides effortlessly with movement.
 
Italian illusion tulle
 
This tulle style is what most bridal veils are created from. It's more sheer than silk tulle and being made with 100% nylon, it has more structure and body than silk or English tulle. 
 
English tulle
 
A soft tulle created from 100% cotton. It's semi transparent and drapes well against the body.

I have ordered a cape what measurements should I provide?

If you have ordered one of our luxury capes, we usually ask for your shoulder measurements to ensure a perfect fit. 
 
Please provide us with the following measurements :-
 
Shoulder to shoulder 
Base neck circumference.

Question 7

How do I care for my custom made gown, veil or accessory?"

Accepted Answer

Each and every piece we create is made entirely by hand. We take great pride in our craftmanship with the knowledge that they will be treasured as heirloom pieces for generations to come.
 
Your beautiful piece will be sent to you in a custom box wrapped carefully in acid free paper. Please store your piece in its box in a cool dry place out of direct heat or sunlight. This will ensure its safekeeping and longevity.

Do you use real silk, pearls etc?"

We pride ourselves in sourcing the finest materials from around the world, where we can we like to use natural products such as organic silk and freshwater pearls for texture, lustre and luxury. If you prefer us not to use natural materials in your piece, let us know and we will happily accomodate your request.

Do you offer online consultations?

Accepted Answer

We love to meet UK and European brides in our boutique in Ireland but we understand that international brides may not have this opportunity. We offer online consultations via phone, Skype and email for those seeking personalised, one to one styling advice for our designs.

Do you offer giftcards?

Accepted Answer

We have two options for giftcards should you wish to spoil a friend or loved one. The perfect gifting option to enable brides to choose her own adornments for her special day. Redeemable on all products online or instore, including bespoke commissions.
