Rental terms & conditions
By purchasing a rental piece from us we assume that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below.
Please allow enough time for the product to reach you. Full delivery times for each country are included in the rental listing page and these will be taken into account to ensure your product arrives on or before your requested delivery date. Gibson Bespoke cannot be held responsible for custom holds or delivery delays due to couriers or postal strikes.
The purchaser is responsible for returning the product, please note that the product remains the responsibility of the purchaser until it reaches our offices. The return address for rentals is :

The fees for renting a product is always comprised of the Rental Fee, Delivery Fee and the Insurance Fee. If the product is returned to Gibson Bespoke in good condition with no damage and within the timeframe allowed then the Insurance Fee shall be reimbursed in full. If Gibson Bespoke determines in it's sole and absolute discretion that damage has been caused to the product then the insurance fee will be kept and depending on the extent of damage, the Renters payment method may be charged automatically the sum of replacement value.
If you do not post the product back by 12pm (noon) on the rental end date (7th day of rental) you acknowledge and agree that Gibson Bespoke may, in it's sole discretion charge your Payment Method the following fees :
- £10 late fee for each day after the Rental Date End.
If you decide that you no longer wish to rent the selected piece(s) you may cancel you rental request purchase within 48 hours. After this period the purchase is unrefundable.
We reserve the right to cancel a rental request purchase at any stage.
Use of the Products
All products will be delivered to you in excellent 'ready to wear' and in a fully sanitised condition.
You acknowledge and accept that use and wear of the product is entirely at your own risk. You agree to maintain the condition of the product and we ask that you treat it as your own. You acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for loss, damage or destruction of a product due to theft, disappearance, fire or any other cause resulting in the loss or irreparable damage to a product.
